NFT Purchase and License Agreement

This NFT Purchase and License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between TentTowns (the "Seller"), as listed on the OpenSea.io NFT website platform, and You, the purchaser of the non-fungible token (NFT) ("You"). By purchasing, minting, or otherwise accepting ownership of any NFT or NFTs offered through our listing page on the OpenSea.io platform, You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. NFT Ownership

When You purchase, mint, or accept ownership of the NFT, You acquire all rights, title and interest in and to the NFT, including the right to sell, transfer, assign, donate, or otherwise dispose of ownership of the NFT, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License

By accepting ownership of the NFT, You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and enjoy the NFT for both personal and commercial purposes. This license does not grant You any intellectual property rights beyond the specified usage.

3. Copyright

All of the images of NFT instruments published on TentTowns.org are free images without copyright restrictions and are given to be held in the public domain. Images are otherwise published under consideration of a Creative Commons (CC) Attribution 4.0 International License. You may CLICK HERE to view the full license disclosure.

4. Disclaimers

• The NFT is sold, or minted, "as is," and Seller makes no warranties or representations regarding its quality, authenticity, or value.

• Seller disclaims any liability for any damages arising from the use or ownership of the NFT.

• TentTowns NFT instruments are not sold, nor are designated to be sold, as financial investments. Whether any given NFT purchased, or minted, can be said to qualify as a financial investment is solely a subjective opinion of the buyer, or the person minting or otherwise acquiring the NFT, and is therefore a purely speculative consideration.

• NFT assets acquired through our OpenSea.io listings are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Arbitration and Class-Action Waivers

By accepting ownership of the NFT, You agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration. You agree to waive any right to have disputes decided by a judge or jury and also to waive participation in class actions or representative actions.

6. Release of Claims

By accepting ownership of the NFT, You release Seller and certain third parties from any claims related to the purchase, use, or acceptance of ownership of the NFT.
